We are a Global Rails development firm in Silicon Valley, Japan and Western Europe. We are looking to work with a Rising Developer / UI + CSS Skills is a Big Plus.
We work remotely, and we need very responsible engineers.
Absolute Requirements:
- You understand that quality code is direct correlation to your personal philosophy.
- Disciplined to work in a remote environment.
- Professional: If you're sick, then you need to let your team members know.
- You are expected to be reachable on skype or mobile phone during working hours.
- You must have reliable internet access. We cannot work with engineers with poor connectivity.
- Worked as an employee full time for at least one year as a programmer.
- Speaks either English, German or Japanese well
- Commercial Rails experience 1 year or more
- Commercial Programming experience at least 4 years
- Reliable
- Able to grasp new concepts, because you're learning about what is new.
- Quick and good quality code.
We will ask for code samples and reference check previous employers or clients. We will respect your NDA, and you need to help us assess your skill level efficiently.
