Role:
You will join this online spread betting company that is looking for a Developer (1-2 years commercial experience) for a full time position developing its proprietary financial betting platform. The company was recently acquired by one of the world's leading futures and options brokers. They are looking for someone who has had experience developing with Ruby on Rails for the last 1-2 years. You will have a good web development background being exposed to HTML, CSS, ajax and javascript. To beat the competition any exposure on a commercial basis to J2EE technologies (Spring , hibernate) would be extremely beneficial. The role consists of maintaining the current Website platform, perform ad hoc development, work on white label projects and new projects. Ideally you will have experience of trading systems/financial systems. Must be a problem solver! Great opportunity for someone to join a company in its infancy and grow with them.
